Launched from the i-stage to their major debut at CES, Boxee, a portal for web-based content and entertainment, was named by BusinessWeek as one of the 20 Most Important Inventions of the Next Ten Years. The New York Times documented Boxee being swarmed by dozens of CTOs at their CES debut, and within a month of winning i-stage, they had raised over $4 million in venture capital funding.
